  • Measurement of pressure differential or duplex measurement of 2 applied pressures (duplex measurement)
  • Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
  • For non corrosive, non crystallizing gaseous and liquid media
  • Type 731.12 suitable for aggressive media (SS compatible)

Product features

  • Ranges from 10 psi (0.6 bar)
  • Differential pressure indication with moving disc
  • Economical and reliable design

Two independent measuring systems, parallel in-line pressure entry

4" & 6" (100 mm & 160 mm)

+ 1.5% of full scale value

Pressure from 10 psi (0.6 bar) to 15,000 psi (1,000 bar)
Scale range must be selected based on the highest working pressure applied. The pressure differential to be indicated should be no less than 1/6 of the full scale range. When ordering please state both the max working pressure applied and the differential to be indicated.

Working Range
Steady: full scale value
Fluctuating: 0.9 x of full scale value
Short time: 1.3 x full scale value

Operating Temperature
Ambient: -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C) 1,000 psi (70 bar)
Media: max. 140°F (+60°C)
            max. 212oF (+100oC) - 1,000 psi (70 bar)

Temperature Error
Additional error when temperature changes from reference temperature of 68°F (20°C) +0.4% of span for every 18°F (10°K) rising or falling.

Weather Protection
Weather resistant (NEMA 2 / IP 33)

Material: copper alloy
Lower mount (LM) only
2 x 1/4" or 1/2" NPT
Each side marked with ⊕ or ⊖

Bourdon Tube
≤ 1,000 psi (70 bar): C-shape,
> 1,000 psi (70 bar): Helical stainless steel

White aluminum with black lettering

Material: aluminum
1 black non-adjustable pointer
1 graduated disc indicator with red tip and ± 50%
of primary scale range

Black painted steel

Instrument glass

Cover Ring
Black painted steel screw retained

Operating Principle
The right connector (marked "+") indicates the high pressure side and operates the moving disc with red tip. The left connector (marked "-") indicates the low pressure side and operates the black pointer.
